By accessing or using SuperCovo ("the Service"), operated by SuperCovo ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
SuperCovo is an AI-powered resume tailoring platform that analyses job descriptions and generates tailored resumes and cover letters based on your existing professional experience. The Service does not fabricate qualifications, skills, or experience.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free trial credits are provided upon signup. Additional credits are available through annual subscription plans or credit pack purchases. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Each resume generation consumes one credit. If generation fails due to a system error, the credit is automatically refunded.
Paid subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including your resume data, professional history, and any generated documents. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not sell or share your content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g. AI processing, email delivery).
You agree not to: use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading documents; misrepresent your qualifications or experience; attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service; use automated tools to access the Service without our permission; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Resumes and cover letters generated by the Service are based solely on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. SuperCovo is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperCovo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will result in job interviews or employment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
