Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your SuperCovo subscription at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all features and unused credits until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining time on an active billing period.

Credits

Resume generation credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits from your subscription allocation do not roll over between billing periods. Credits purchased through add-on credit packs do not expire and are non-refundable.

Failed Generations

If a resume generation fails due to a system error, your credit is automatically refunded to your account. You do not need to contact support for this — the refund is immediate.

Free Trial

The free trial includes 3 resume generation credits at no cost and does not require a credit card. No refund applies as no payment is collected.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances — for example, if you were charged in error or experienced a significant service outage — please contact us at hello@supercovo.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. You can also contact us at hello@supercovo.com and we will process the cancellation for you.
